Agbor Ndoma is a prolific and accomplished Agricbusiness Practitioner, Consultant, Facilitator and Mentor. He is the CEO/Executive Director, A.G. Domie International and CSAD Sustainable Agricultural Ltd; subsidiary of the Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Development (CSAD), a non-governmental Agency focus in fighting poverty and empowering young and emerging Agro-Entrepreneurs toward the attainment of the overall goals of sustainable household and National Food Security through public education, information dissemination, practical farm operation and effective policy advocacy with professional interest in cassava, value chain, Plantain/Banana, Agricbusiness Start Up, Sustainable Rural Development and Agric-Marketing. A graduate of Agricultural Engineering Technology with specialty in Farm Management, Agricbusiness and Extension Services. He is a notable Consultant and Seminar/Workshop facilitator to FATE FOUNDATION, DANIEL INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS STRATEGY (DIBS), IFAD Initiative Programs, CSAD Programs and some International Donor Agencies. He has trained several farmers, Aspring/Emerging Agricbusiness investors, young generation of successor farmers, rural community leaders, on “Wealth in the field” – becoming a successful Agricbusiness Investor” with practical on -farm demon session, Extension Services and Agric input/output supplies. He has also over the years assisted farmers in linking production/output to market as well as facilitating and distributing over 200,000 Bundles of improved species of cassava planting stems and over 100,000 plantain suckers to farmers/investors. Agbor has the privilege of consulting for several micro, small, medium and large organization, particularly in the area of Agric-Business start-up and Agro-management of Cassava Development, fish farming/marketing, Snail Farming/Export, Poultry Egg Production/Management, Plantain Cultivation/Management and a variety of Agricultural support services. In addition, he runs and coordinate profitable cassava processing facilities which serves local and international industrial demand market. He has contributed and written several technical literature series on Cassava Enterprise Project, Sustainable Rural Development, Technology best Practices in Crop production, Bankable Agricbusiness projects, funding opportunities, wealth in the field and has authored over fifteen publications.

 He is an active member of the NIGERIAN AGRICBUSINESS GROUP (NABG), the highest Private Sector Agric business Practioners body in Nigeria, Executive member of a 6-man National Executive Council of the harmonized Nigerian Cassava Processors and Marketers Association (NICAPMA) member, Agriculture Policy Commission of Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG). He was a member of the Presidential Technical Committee on Cassava Promotion (2006 – 2010). Members, Ministerial Committee on 10% Cassava Inclusion Policy (2006 – 2009), Member NEPAD – Cross River State Strategic Development Committee (2009 – 2012). Sponsorship of Bill to the National Assembly for a law advocating the “Establishment of a Cassava Development and Industrial Agency (CDIA) – a sustainability options and several other agric related bodies, Committees and Boards. Agbor has a strong passion and believe in the FATE ideology of raising aspiring and emerging Agricbusiness enterprenuer as demonstrated in his unreserved commitment to FATE MENTORING PROGRAMS to which he was awarded “THE MOST OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEUR VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR, 2005”. He has attended several Agricbusiness Conferences and Exhibitions in USA, China, Israel, UAE, Thailand and Some African countries. Agbor is one of the leading Agricultural Policy advocators and a regular contributor/guest to several Newspaper/Electronic Media houses on National Agricultural Issues. He is a Pastor with the Living Faith Church, Faith Tabernacle Canaanland (Winners Chapel International) Ota, Lagos, having undergone the 3-tier Basic Certificate Course (BCC) Leadership Certificate Course (LCC) and the Leadership Diploma Certificate (LDC) training from the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI). He holds strong Christians values, character and Integrity and happily married to his greatest friend and supporter, Gloria and blessed with children.
